installed vita 5384 version cannot get past

I continue to have problems getting past teh activation window, that shows up as soon a i sign into vista...... I get the same error message when i try to "retype your product key"
The erro is: Authentication failed with the follow error: 0x800705b4 This problem is really screwing me desktop up.. Vista was working fine before. but now it really really sucks. PLease help....i am on my Laptop right now, i can not open any applications on my Vista Desktop.
Please help -- matt

i cant do anything, not even uninstall vista, or reinstall vista, or install xp. helllllllppp -- matt

Activation is like a kid calling home from summer camp to talk to mummy. If the kid can't talk to mummy, the kid will just sit in the corner and stew, and refuse to play nice. Are you connected to the internet?
